A higher star rating is not a guarantee of an increase in sale price, however global evidence shows those homes with a higher energy efficiency rating are likely to achieve a 5-10% increase in sale price compared to those without or with low energy ratings.

The team at Home Star Upgrades will work with you and your agent to ensure that we complete all assessments, upgrades and final star rating to ensure you have the official rating at time of sale.

You will receive a report outlining proposals for increasing the energy efficiency of the home with suggestions for ways of improving the star rating.  Our team will work with you to determine what is achievable before sale that will maximise the rating.

We have partnered with Campaign Flow who specialise in financing for pre-sale home improvements such as energy efficiency upgrades.  Financing will be available that is not repaid until after you sell your home - fund the upgrades in sale proceeds!
